Oscars 2015: Die Gewinner
Jetzt ist es raus: Laut Ansicht der Academy war "Birdman" der beste Film des letzten Jahres. Der Film holte stolze vier Oscars. Gleich viele holte "The Grand Budapest Hotel".
Birdman oder Boyhood? Das war die Frage, welche die Filmfans in den letzten Wochen am meisten beschäftige. Das Rennen gemacht hat Birdman. Alejandro González Iñárritu holte zudem den Preis für die beste Regie, weiter gab es den Preis fürs Drehbuch und für die Kamera.
Dabei verlor der Film am Anfang bei jeder Kategorie, in der er nominiert war. The Grand Budapest Hotel und Whiplash sammelten fleissig Preise. Doch der Preisregen versiegte dann schnell und Birdman legte los. Einen grossen Verlierer gibt es nicht wirklich. Die vielnominierten Filme gewannen alle was. So gab es für Eddie Redmayne den Oscar für seine Hauptrolle als Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything, The Imitiation Game holte den Preis für das beste adaptierte Drehbuch und Boyhood kann sich dank Patricia Arquette "Oscargewinner" aufs Poster schreiben.
Was die Show betrifft, so enttäuschte Neil Patrick Harris mit viel zu braven Witzen, die er wohl selbst am witzigsten fand. Dies war alles andere als "legendary". Wir hätten gerne wieder Seth MacFarlane als Host. Oder John Travolta.
