Am 21. Dezember war es soweit: Weihnachten wurde für LotR-Fans vorverschoben mit dem Auftauchen des ersten Trailers zum Hobbit. Dieser war länger als zwei Minuten und dürfte, was die Bilder betrifft, die Erwartungen erfüllt haben. Wer noch mehr möchte, kann sich jetzt an Peter Jacksons bereits fünftem Videoblog erfreuen. Nach 110 Tagen in den Studios hat die Crew es nun auch nach draussen geschafft und dabei keine Mühen und Kosten gescheut, damit Neuseeland wieder wie Mittelerde aussieht.
