Das Buch

Die Vorlage stammt von Patrick Culhane, wobei es sich um ein Pseudonym des Autors Max Allan Collins handelt, der bereits Road to Perdition geschrieben hat. Für die Leinwandumsetzung wurde Kurt Johnstad engagiert, von dem das Skript zu 300 stammt und der auch für die Fortsetzung 300: Battle of Artemisia verantwortlich sein wird.
Ein Studio und einen Regisseur hat der Film zwar noch nicht, doch mit Ford an Bord wird das wohl nur eine Frage der Zeit sein.
